Important Enrollment Information
FACE to FACE REGISTRATION POLICIES: Please be aware of the following: •There are NO Refunds unless the class is cancelled by the Resource Center for low enrollment or weather. •Late arrivals will not be admitted to the class and are not eligible for a transfer or refund - there are no exceptions to this policy. •Only one pre-arranged transfer will be allowed and must be within two months of the original registration. •Only adults are admitted to our workshops. •Certificates are only awarded to those participants who fully participate in the class and who pass the assessment for the training. •Assessments are usually written but may be embedded in class participation activities. We are happy to offer technical assistance without charge to any provider who does not pass the assessment. •Attendance at training is not a guarantee that a certificate will be given. VIRTUAL TRAINING POLICIES:  1. We use the Zoom platform to conduct training. (Not sure how to use Zoom, check out the video link listed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIkCmbvAHQQ#action=share ) Try to sit in a quiet location where you will not be disturbed. 2. Use camera/video during the entire webinar. (Reports are checked for attendance and participation!) 3. Please familiarize yourself with the location of the chat box and mute features. 4. Be an active participant. Provide your inputs to polling and respond to requests for verbal comments or questions. 5. Please mute your microphones when not speaking to reduce background noise. Headphones are the best to use during the training. 6. Unmute yourself when you are participating in the conversation. 7. Complete class assessment and submit training evaluation to get credit for the course. These expectations are in place so we can ensure and document participation so that you get the most out of the webinar. 8. There are no refunds unless we cancel the training. Representatives from MSDE (licensing office) will be monitoring sessions to confirm participation.
