This workshop will explore the many facets of developing and promoting a culturally competent environment for children, families, and staff including administrative practices, curriculum, and family engagement.  Participants will also learn how they can earn the Cultural Competency endorsement to add to their Maryland EXCELS rating.

Participants will need to have access to a device that will allow you to attend this training through Google Meet.(Google Meet is a video-communication service that enables attendees to view the meeting host, digital presentations and each other online)
