This training will introduce participants to the virtual learning platform and what is expected during a training. During this introduction participants will learn some tips for making the experience engaging and meaningful. Participants will learn about the different functions needed to actively participate in a virtual training such as the mute/unmute, the chat box feature, breakout rooms and raising a hand and will spend time practicing each of these skills.
